USA and Foreign Orders: To make a purchase, you need to reserve (order) your item by following the shopping cart instructions or contacting me via email or phone call/text.   I will confirm inventory of item and finalize shipping details and payment instructions.

USA Payments: Cash, Check, Money Order, Postal Money Order, Zelle, or Paypal (additional conditions may apply).  Enter your payment preference in your order notes.  After reserving an item, you will receive email confirmation and payment instructions within 3 days.  All payments must clear before your item is shipped.

Wisconsin Sales Tax: If you live in Wisconsin add 5.5% to the price or mail a completed and signed Wis Resale Certificate along with your payment.

USA Shipping: Shipping at cost.   Your item(s) will be safely packaged and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The buyer assumes all risk of loss after the package is shipped. Insurance and additional shipping services are available upon request, at an additional cost (we do not overcharge shipping).

Foreign Payments: USD Cash by registered mail, International Money Transfer – TransferWise, Coinbase USDC Wallet, International Money Orders (for Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean), email Moneygram, Western Union Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), or PayPal.  Additional charges may apply, customer is responsible for any fees charged by payment processing. 

PayPal Goods/Services (PP G/S) Option: Use this G/S option when you want package tracking and PayPal “buyer protection.” Only available with USPS Express Mail (Federal Express) to established customers. The cost may be: $63 for a 12×9″ tracking envelope (anything that can fit in, up to 4 pounds). The buyer also pays for full insurance, plus 4% to cover PayPal fees on the total payment. PayPal G/S is extremely and obscenely expensive!!

Foreign shipping:  Please indicate on your order for any special shipping preference and we will include the shipping fee in your invoice. Your item(s) will be safely packaged and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damages the moment the package/envelope is mailed by Collect-Sell. Your item will be packaged with extreme care. Insurance and additional shipping services are available upon request, at an additional cost (we do not overcharge you for shipping).

Returns:  For regular store items we offer a 7 Day Worry Free Money Back Guarantee. Any non-auction item(s) may be returned for a full refund, less actual shipping and insurance costs if returned within seven days following receipt of the item(s). The item must be returned in the same condition as sent. Any damage resulting from untoward disassembly, cleaning, “polishing”, or other alterations may result in the denial of a full-refund. All returns must be safely packaged and fully insured.

Email Notifications: You will receive an email when your payment is received and when your item ships.
