Flower Gold Picture Locket, Solid Gold with Gem Pearl Flower Mosaic
Solid gold oval shaped locket. Locket features a stylized flower and leaf design gem mosaic with a pearl center. Locket has a hinged compartment that still retains its glass cover. This covered area can hold a picture, lock of hair, an amulet, or icon. Locket weighs 19.4 grams.
Lockets are special pendants securing special personal items and holding them close to the heart. When opened, common items are displayed, like photographs of loved ones. Locket is in very good condition as you can see from the images below. The functional parts are all in fine order, as is the locket case backing. Cover glass is intact on the locket back, which is rather rare.
